Customer Commitment: It’s a TEAM Effort!!

Your CFI Team is formed immediately upon the receipt of your engineering report. It is our strong commitment to providing the superior customer service that has given us the reputation as an industry leader in the foundation stabilization business. You can be assured that your CFI Team will be with you throughout the entire process.

Customer Service Representative: As an integral part of the team, your CFI Customer Service Representative is your initial contact and receives all of the pertinent information regarding the job. They will be able to help you with any procedural issues and help to answer any questions you may have.

Sales Representative: Within 24 hours of receiving your information, an experienced and knowledgeable Sales Representative will call and set up an appointment at your home. At this time, he will go over the engineering report and answer any questions you may have regarding the project.

Sales Administrator: Once CFI has been authorized to proceed on the project, your project will be scheduled and a Superintendent, Foreman and crew will be assigned.

Superintendent: Your CFI Superintendent oversees the entire process of your project. As primary contact for you, they will inform you as to when the project will begin, complete and answer any questions that you may have once the process has begun.

Foreman: Your CFI Foreman works on-site, and is in charge of the crew to ensure that the project and the cleanup are performed in a timely, professional manner.

Accounting Manager: When needed, your CFI Accounting Manager will work to help move payment through the insurance or the mortgage company.
