KOL AMI Congregation Tampa, Florida Geotechnical: CFTL Clearwater, Florida Structural: Bracken Engineering Tampa, Florida A portion of this building had experienced some interior slab settlement. The soil investigation identified subsurface conditions that were consistent with sinkhole activity. CFI installed 24 grout injection points inside and around the affected portion of the structure. We injected 339 cubic yards of grout, installed 80 underpins, and replaced over 3,000 square feet of structural slab to overcome the identified subsurface problems.
